our story / notre histoire
Coucou!
Named after our daughter Margot, we were inspired to start Margoulette to pay homage to our country’s rich history of objet d’art. With our extended family living in Toronto, Canada, we wanted to spread our love for vintage treasures with people near and far, and bring a slice of l’art de vivre à la Française (the French way of life) into your homes.
We have lived in Paris, Normandy, Belgium and a few towns scattered in between and have become avid chineurs (antique hunters). Our shared brocante passion has taken us all over France in search of beautiful one of a kind pieces.
Bienvenue à Margoulette!
